The Chilean presenter Mr. Francisco82 years old, reaped a large fortune at the height of his career, which allowed him to live in the exclusive community of Indian Creek, in Florida, a place that has seen some of the richest men in the United States pass through its mansions. United, as well as Julio Iglesias, Ivanka Trump and more recently to David Guetta.
The French musician and DJ moved to live in that area after paying $69,000,000 dollars which was once the house of the presenter of ‘Sábado Gigante’.
It must be remembered that the original property, which was where Don Francisco lived from 1993 to 2021, was demolished to make way for a larger project.
The new project, which Guetta managed to fall in love with, was carried out by the developers Todd Michael Glaser, Scott Robins and Jonathan Fryd.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the musician’s new home has an area of 15,578 square feetwith 12 bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, television room, laundry room, garage for five vehicles, balconies, among other rooms.
So far, further details of the interior of the imposing mansion built in 2022 are unknown, but it would not be surprising if they came to light in the future.
Outside, on his lot 1.23 acreshas a terrace, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a pool house, a guest house, extensive green areas, a dock, among other amenities.
