At the Venice Film Festival, the actress and producer Elsa Zylberstein announced that she is already preparing a biographical film about the French designer Christian Dior; a decade of her life will be shown, focusing on her love and the world of fashion

During the Venice Film Festival many projects that will be produced in 2024 are revealed, and now the actress Elsa Zylbersteinin her facet as a producer, reported that Work is already underway on a biographical film about the French designer Christian Dior.
The film (still untitled) has a script written by Julien Teiseire, and will focus on a decade in the designer’s life, shortly after World War II. It will show how little by little he was forging an empire in the world of fashion, his professional relationship with Raymonde Zehnacker and her romance with the singer Jacques Benita.
Zylberstein herself will play Zehnacker in the film, which could be filmed in the spring of 2024. In statements made during the festival, the producer commented on the importance of Dior in the world of haute couture and perfumes: “Christian Dior He was a tremendously private man, so people know very little about him; he wasn’t a flamboyant character like other fashion designers or popular cultural icons, but he was no less fascinating.”
