The Mexican Edson Alvarez reached the Premier League this season at the hands of West Ham United and from Ajax Amsterdam, so far “El Machín” has had a good performance and has left good feelings in his new club.
In this sense, the Mexican has raised his value with respect to his stay in the Dutch Ajax, now according to Transfermarkt, Álvarez has a market value of $35 million dollars.
The second most expensive Mexican signing in history
It should be noted that the signing of Edson Álvarez became the second most expensive Mexican in history since with almost $40 million dollars for his transfer, he managed to surpass Raúl Jiménez’s $38 million dollars.
However, the most expensive signing continues to be Hirving Lozano who was signed by Napoli for $45 million dollars and paradoxically the club seeks to let him out at any cost.
