A man 31-year-old Hispanic was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting two women and a girl while committing a home invasion in the Reseda area.

Mario Orozco was taken into custody by authorities and booked after he allegedly entered multiple residences in the 18300 block of Vanowen Street during the early hours of Saturday, July 1, reported the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

The authorities said that the Hispanic man committed trespassing by entering through one of the open windows after removing the mosquito nets and attacked the women and the minor who were inside the home.

After committing the attack, the suspect fled the scene on foot and in an unknown direction.

“We had an individual who had committed a sexual assault on three women ranging in age from 9 to 55,” Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore said.

Posting a photo of Orozco on social media, the Los Angeles Police Department urged to other possible victims of the Hispanic man to go to the authorities to file complaints of possible crimes committed by the suspect.

The authorities mentioned that the Hispanic man was living in a tent at the time he was arrested.

West Valley area detectives believe that it is possible that other women could have been victims of the Hispanic suspect.

“We request that the residents of these communities contact the police when they notice marauders,” said the LAPD chief.
