In Mexico, the dollar begins the day in green and the trend is positive, although yesterday the exchange rate reached a new minimum when it touched the floor of 17.00 pesos per dollar unit. This minimum was not seen since 2015, which led the Mexican peso to establish a new record against the dollar.

Today the price of the green ticket in Mexico is 17.08 pesos per unit; and the average for the purchase and sale moves between 17.06 pesos and 17.08 pesos per dollar unit, respectively.

The dollar in the Honduran exchange market, although yesterday it changed its trend and closed positive at a price of 24.72 lempiras per dollar unit, today the day starts with a red figure at a price of 24.61 lempiras per unit of green ticket. The average for buying and selling is 24.15 and 25.07 lempiras per greenback, respectively.

In Nicaragua, the dollar advances slightly today and begins trading at 36.58 córdobas per dollar unitand for buying and selling the average is between 36.12 and 37.04 córdobas per dollar.

In Costa Rica, the dollar shows an upward trend and starts the day at 542.47 colones per unit of greenback. The trend is barely moving, compared to yesterday’s price, and for buying and selling the price goes between 529.01 and 555.33 colones per dollar.

In the Dominican Republic, the price of the dollar advances at the beginning of the day and is trading at 55.70 pesos per dollar unit, and the average for buying and selling remains the same as yesterday’s session between 55.97 dop and 56.44 Dominican pesos per dollar unit.

The dollar in Venezuela shows little movement today and the trend is not marked, at the time of writing the note; Meanwhile, today the price is 28.12 bolivars per dollar unit. For the purchase and sale, the average remains at 28.09 and 28.16 bolivars per dollar, respectively.
