Californian singer Fergie, 48, decided to put up for sale the mansion she owns in Solvang, Calif.and that he had built in 2013 to turn it into a family retreat.
The property, which he recently sold after receiving $3,700,000 dollarss, it is not just any house, but one that has great value for her, since it was here that she fulfilled her dream of having her own vineyard and even her own wine label.
The new owners have nothing to do with the artistic medium, but rather a non-famous family originally from Phoenix, Arizona.
