John Goodman appears in Monte Carlo and surprises everyone with his weight loss

john goodman caught the eye on the red carpet of the Monte Carlo Television Festival, but it was not because of a showy outfit or because of some incident upon arrival at the event, but because of his new image, which is the result of a gradual weight loss that began in 2007 and whose results have made him very satisfied.

Goodman (who just turned 71) he served as president of the jury at the festival and made jokes about how he looks now that he has lost 200 pounds (more than 90 kilos).: “I don’t want to be an example for anyone when the weight comes back… I was putting all kinds of things in my mouth.”

It was several years ago when John made the decision to take care of his health, starting to reduce the portions of his food and getting some daily exercise. He stopped drinking and hired a health coach, in order for his body to adapt to the weight loss. Recently the actor known for tapes like “The Big Lebowski”, “The Flintstones” and “True stories” declared to abc: “This time I wanted to do it slowly, move, exercise. I’m getting to an age where I can’t afford to sit anymore. And it gives me the energy to work, because work drains a lot”.
