One of the most violent criminal organizations in Mexico is the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), which is gaining more and more ground and to achieve this it uses different tricks, leaving the inhabitants of the places it plagues in the midst of conflicts. One of the most recent criminal acts was the dismantling of security cameras in the limits of Jalisco and Zacatecas.

According to the Indigo Report site, it was the same security cameras that captured the hitmen destroying and stealing the video surveillance equipment. The videos show at least five trucks, two of them armored, that circulate on the highway that connects Apulco, Zacatecas, with Teocaltiche, Jalisco.

It should be noted that the area where the attacks on the video surveillance cameras occurred is a point of conflict and drug warfare in which attacks, bombings, shootings and kidnappings often take place.

The convoy of the cartel of the four letters consisted of three trucks escorted by two more armored vehicles, one in front and one behind. Two criminals descend from it and begin to inspect the towers where the cameras are.

One of the men scales the tower that some of the cameras are in and then destroys them.. Security sources reported that these surveillance cameras belong to the control centers of the municipal authorities in that area.

The videos were shared by La Silla Rota, which also reported that this is not the first time this has happened, since on August 24 of last year, in those same places, security cameras captured the criminals, before being destroyed.

Some of that equipment was replaced and now again destroyed. That area has been a target of attacks by that criminal cellagainst municipal authorities and federal forces, as well as residents of the region.

With everything and the presence of the Mexican Army and a National Guard base, this criminal organization roams freely through the municipal capitals and ranches.
