Julio Sabala was present in the studio of El Gordo and La Flaca and after a fun rivalry of 15 years, he finally made peace with Raúl de Molinaalthough there were some tense moments on the set of the Univision evening show.
This confrontation began because of some photographs that “El Gordo” took of the comedian with an ex-partner, just a few days before he served as a presenter at Premio Lo Nuestro. In addition, the Dominican assures that one of his notes served as “the little push” for him to end another of his relationships.
This episode included one of the most memorable moments in the program’s 25-year history, when in one of his classic jacuzzi baths, the host gave him a huge painting with one of the aforementioned photographs and the Dominican reacted by breaking it over the head of Raul.
“Don’t take it as a joke, 15 years have passed and thanks to this beautiful lady, Lili, who I met in her uncle’s restaurant, she made a reflection to me and I listened to her and indeed, if I made jokes with her and she has forgiven me, why didn’t I forgive you”commented Julio Sabala.
In addition to reliving some of the moments he experienced on his previous visits to El Gordo and La Flaca, the Dominican also invited both hosts of the show to celebrate their 35-year career at Hard Rock Live in Miami, being the first Spanish-speaking comedian who will perform at the venue on June 17.
In this show the comedian will present his new characters, among which are Bad Bunny, Maluma, Camilo and other great figures of current music.
