The defense of the alleged victim of Daniel Alves I would be thinking of suing the media that spread the images of the 23-year-old girl with the Brazilian soccer player at the Sutton nightclubthe lawyers allege that this leak of images would cause irreversible damage to their client.

These images showed complicity between the two inside the aforementioned nightclub where Alves was accused of sexually abusing his victim and for which he has been detained for some months now.
For this reason, the alleged victim’s defense would be seriously considering suing the aforementioned medium for the damages caused, which in the opinion of the lawyer they represent criminal and civic infractions. It should be remembered that the defense would also have denied a psychologist from Alves’s defense to be able to deal with the 23-year-old girl.
Nevertheless, The defense of the alleged victim of Dani Alves will first request the complete elimination of the images disseminated and secondly, respect for the privacy and protection of the young woman.. The issue of this case extends and continues its course, until now Alves was denied release and awaiting his trial in freedom for fear of fleeing, while he alleges that he has no intention of escaping.
However, the former player of Pumas and the Brazilian National Team, would be watching a true horror movie confined in jail where he has to deal with insults from the other prisoners, it remains to wait for the end of this case.
