The LA Galaxy team drew 0-0 this Saturday with the Portland Timbers and continues the winless streak after four days, which marks the worst start for the franchise in MLS history.
The Los Angeles team has scored 2 goals in the first 4 games and in this match they finished off up to 17 times against the Portland Timbers goal and hit two posts, but was unable to score at least one.
The Timbers finished the game with ten men due to a serious knee injury to David Bingham, who was replaced by defender Justin Rasmussen in the dying minutes of added time.
Greg Vanney’s side were not without commitment and, with Spaniard Riqui Puig in charge of midfield operations, they narrowly missed the lead in the first half when Preston Judd’s left-footed shot hit the far post.
