The presenter Oprah Winfrey recently got rid of the spectacular ranch that she had in the area of Montecitoin California.
The property, which was negotiated in an off-market operation, would have been sold by the celebrity in $14,300,000 dollars.
Although in this type of operation the names of the new owners are not usually disclosed, it is known that the house was bought by the producer and director Rawson Marshall Thurber.
The house, which was never inhabited by the television celebrity, passed into his possession in 2005, after disbursing $7,000,000 dollars.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence in question was built in 1951 and has an area of 3,376 square feetwith four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 5.6 acresenjoys a terrace, extensive green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, tennis court, among other amenities.
The interior and exterior details are unknown, as there are no photos of its current state.
