AWS, the cloud services division of Amazon created a task force to identify how they can use Artificial Intelligence to positively impact their business.
With this goal in mind, workers used ChatGPT to multitask and see what results they could get. In this way, they discovered that it can be viable to use this tool to write code that can later be implemented on their platform.

Another aspect in which the use of ChatGPT was also tested was in the writing of training documents for employees.
This could be seen with the creation of a guide to solving frequent problems in AWS databases in such a way that the work of engineers is facilitated.
According to one of the Amazon workers, the result of the tests with ChatGPT was better than the most optimistic scenarios of the team. This led to him even sharing his surprise with other company employees through his Slack channel.
“I was honestly impressed! I am both scared and excited to see what impact this will have on the way we conduct coding interviews,” the employee said.
Previously it had already been reported that Amazon employees were using this tool as an assistant to write code in such a way that they could optimize their working time.
