Shooting at a gas station in Oakland California leaves 1 dead and 7 injured; joins Half Moon Bay and Monterey Park

One dead and seven injured is the balance of a shooting registered Monday night at a gas station in Oakland Californiain what is supposed to be the third event registered in the state in less than a week.

According to the first police reports, the shots occurred during the filming of a music videoaccording to the images recorded by an independent journalist who gave the images to the CBS News Bay Area network.

Upon arrival at the site, the local authorities they found several bullet casings and later it was reported that several of the victims had been taken to hospitals in the areaaccording to the American television network CBS.

It was through a statement that the police confirmed the eight people wounded by gunshots, of which one lost his life while the others were stable.

The alleged perpetrator of the events turned himself in to the police shortly after the attack however, the causes that motivated him to carry out the aggression are unknown to date.

This new shooting is added to the one that occurred this Monday in two different places in Half Moon Bay, on the San Francisco peninsula, where seven people were shot dead, and the one that happened last Saturday in a dance studio in Monterey Park, after the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration, where 11 people died.
