The fame that Yudiel Flores Tovar achieved and the critical point of view that he showed on his channels were buried by accusations of child pornography. It was in 2020 when the youtuber and activist from Chiapas, better known as “The Pampered Coyote”also identified with the user “Ronaldfranco”, was arrested in Chiapas.
Now he has already been sentenced to 23 years, nine months and 15 days in prison for the crime of human trafficking, in the modalities of elaboration and dissemination of child pornography, reported the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
A judge handed down the sentence after the necessary evidence was gathered due to the joint investigations carried out by personnel from the United States Federal Investigation Agency (FBI), the Australian police, and the Cyber Police of the Secretary of Security and Protection Citizen (SSyPC) of Chiapas.
In 2020, the FBI received information about a series of child sexual abuse material from the user “Ronaldfranco”which was available on the web since 2011. The main victims of the defendant are two minors, whose identity has been protected.
Said user was identified as a known producer of child pornography on various web sites, with a total of 23 videos and 176 images of child pornography and child sexual abuse material.
Also, Yudiel Flores Tovar was accused of being part of a group dedicated to the trafficking of Central American migrants from Guatemala. The then spokesman for the Chiapas Prosecutor’s Office, Ezequiel Gómez, explained to The Associated Press (AP) that the group to which “El Coyote Consentido” belonged was crossing migrants to the northern border of Mexico.
Despite the fact that he dedicated himself to criticizing public servants and other politicians on his YouTube channel, the youtuber had a dark side, he even extorted money from officials posing as a journalist.
