Knowing what is the reason why your baby cries can be quite a challenge, especially for first-time parents.. That is why a Taiwanese company designed a device that promises to be able to translate the crying of babies.

The device, baptized as Q-bear and that can be placed in the baby’s crib or carIt has a small speaker through which it informs what is the reason for crying so that parents can act.
All this is possible thanks to the device uses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system patented by the company, with which it is responsible for processing the audio captured by its microphones in such a way that it can be analyzed. Its creators assure that since it is an AI, the greater the volume of data that the device can receive, the more accurate it will become.
The reason for this is that Q-Bear is a system that is designed to learn as it listens to the unique characteristics of each baby’s cry..
In principle, the team has four types of response to explain the baby’s crying, these are that it is dirty and needs a diaper change, that the baby is hungry and wants to eat, that it is sleepy or finally that it feels uncomfortable. To make it easy for parents to be alerted in any of these scenarios, once Q-Bear analyzes the crying, it proceeds to send a notification to their phones so they’re always in the know, even if they’re in another room.
Q-Bear also offers the possibility of using it as a player so that the baby can listen to sounds that calm him down, such as a song. lullaby or the sound you would hear inside the womb.
