It was to celebrate this achievement that Spotify and Rimas (Bad Bunny’s record label) joined forces to organize the after party of the World’s Hottest Tour at the Ragga Club in Mexico City.

During the ring ceremony, Jeremy Erlich, global director of music content for Spotify, joined Benito to celebrate the moment on behalf of the platform. “Congratulations on making the triplet, the first time that an artist has more reproductions in streaming for three consecutive years,” he said. “An epic performance for a career-defining year.”

In addition to the luxurious gift, the entertainment giant also created 5 plaques to honor each song that surpassed the mark of one billion streams: “Yonaguni”, “Callaíta”, “La Canción”, “Te Boté” and “No me conoce”.

We cannot forget that, currently, Bad Bunny has more than 84 million monthly listeners on Spotify. In the last 90 days, 84 millions of listeners heard one of his songs for the first time; the 51% of them outside of Spanish-speaking markets. Mexico is Bad Bunny’s number 1 market in terms of listeners, followed by the US, Spain, Chile and Argentina.
