Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez at the top of the list of most influential couples on Instagram

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez in addition to being very millionaires are now the most influential couple if they are combined their number of followers on Instagram and Twitter. A total 681,8 million of them make it to the top of the list followed by the businesswoman Kylie Jenner and the father of her children, rapper Travis Scott with a total of 475,9 million followers.
Lionel Messi and Antonella Rocuzzo round out the top five with a combined total of 362,8 million followers. Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are the most influential celebrity couple, according to a new study ranking the total number of celebrity followers on Instagram and Twitter respectively.
The study by the company KOLs, Key Opinion Leaders, analyzed the combined followers of Twitter and Instagram of 119 celebrity couples to see who had the most combined influence online. The survey found that
world soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and Spanish supermodel Georgina Rodriguez won the crown of the most influential celebrity couple.
The couple began dating at the end of 2018, when Georgina Rodriguez met while working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Spain and Cristiano went shopping. The couple quickly fell in love and now live with their family of five in Portugal, where they recently bought a mansion valued at around £14 millions.
His massive online following is largely led by the Instagram page of Ronaldo, who recently exceeded 471 million followers for the second time in the history of the account. Rodriguez also ranks high on the platform with 18,4 million followers on Instagram, which contributes to the overall online tracking of the couple.
The second most influential couple is internet celebrity Kylie Jenner and rapper and record producer Travis Scott, who have a combined total of 428, 9 million followers on his Twitter and Instagram accounts.
They started dating in April of 2017 and already has two children: Stormi, who was born in 2018 and Wolf, who was born in early February of this year. The couple have since decided to give Wolf a different name, but have not revealed it to the public.
The couple certainly wasn’t without its ups and downs, though, as Travis Scott faced multiple accusations of cheating during his relationship with Kylie, all of which which he vehemently denies. Even so, the couple still seems very much in love, as they were recently spotted holding hands during a romantic beach getaway in Malibu earlier this month.
In third place is pop singer Justin Bieber and model Hailey Bieber, who add up to 362,4 million followers on both social networks.
The couple met in 1200 through Hailey’s father, Stephen Baldwin, but they didn’t start their relationship until 2017. The two remained friends for several years before rekindling their relationship in June of 2015. In October of that year they confirmed her marriage and Hailey will adopt the iconic last name Bieber.
In fourth place are the Argentine soccer player Lionel Messi and his wife Antonella Rocuzzo, who add together 362,8 million followers
. The couple’s online following is largely due to Messi’s massive following on Instagram, as neither has an active Twitter account. Roccuzzo contributes 19, 8 million Instagram followers to the total of the couple.
Rounding out the top five are Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his partner Lauren Hashian, with a combined total of 314,1 million followers. Known for his hunky physique and legendary cheat days, “The Rock” understandably dominates the lion’s share of his total following, but Lauren contributes her respectable 1.2 million Instagram followers to the couple’s total following.

There is no doubt that this generates some extra income for these celebrities, many of them from Hollywood. They come from sports and entertainment, leaving politicians and social activists with almost no room.
