The protests in China against the strict restrictions by the Covid- established by the government continue to advance at such a degree that now the police are locating the protesters through of their cell phones.
One of the protesters told CNN that people who have protested are receiving phone calls from the police asking for their participation in the demonstrations of rejection against the government of that country.
The protester claims that he received a phone call from a police officer, who revealed that they had been tracked down because the signal of his mobile phone had been recorded in the vicinity of the protest site.
During the call, the policeman asked the protesters if they had gone to the Liangma River on Sunday night. When they denied being there, the officer asked, “So, why did your mobile phone number appear there? “.
The police officer also told the protesters that

CNN recalls that in the Asian country all mobile phone users are required by law to register your real name and your national identification number with the telecommunication providers.
Demonstrations continue

On Wednesday, new clashes broke out between protesters and policemen in the southern Chinese city of Guangdong despite authorities’ call for “strong measures” to suppress the nationwide wave of protests.
