The German National Team was left out of the Qatar World Cup 2022, something which for many is considered a failure. However, the German midfielder Thomas Müller used the word “catastrophe” to describe his elimination from the World Cup.

“For me personally this is an absolute catastrophe ”, said in statements to the German public radio ARD. “ It is very bitter for us, our result would have been enough. We have a feeling of helplessness”, added the Bayern Munich player.
