VIDEO: Exact moment MS-13 gang member kills ex-girlfriend, Karen Ruiz in California

The Los Angeles Police Department released video of the incident showing a vehicle being driven behind Ruiz’s car.

Later in the scenes the victim is seen screaming and running towards a house, asking for help. Flores finally catches up with Ruiz and shoots him multiple times.

Then a woman opened the door and yelled in Spanish: “He killed her, he killed her!” while a child was heard crying in the background.

Police said the child is in the custody of family members and is safe.

According to the first investigations, Ruiz and Florez had a violent relationship.

“The relationship was violent,” said the detective from LAPD Sharon Kim . “She had several complaints against him over the years, and more recently, she filed a restraining order against him due to some violent acts he committed against her.”

The authorities consider that Flores is armed and dangerous and they urge anyone who sees him to report him.

The police detailed that Flores is a Hispanic man with brown eyes and black hair, weighing around of 220 pounds and is six feet one inch tall.
