The United States Department of the Treasury has designated Rosalinda González Valencia ‘La Jefa’, as an important part of the money laundering network of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), being the ex-wife of Nemesio Oseguera “El Mencho”.
However, an updated organizational chart of the inner circle of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, “El Mencho”, which was part of a confidential document from the Ministry of Defense Nacional (Sedena) that was leaked by the group of hacktivists calling themselves “Guacamaya”, revealed new information about the capo, such as his new romance.
According to the revelations , in the first circle of the CJNG leader there is already a current partner of Mencho, who was identified as Guadalupe Moreno Carrillo, whose name or alleged criminal activities had not been disclosed until now.
The new map of the structure of the l leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), dated August 2015, showed the faces and ranks of each of the most close to “Mencho” inside the criminal organization.
Among the more than 60 faces linked to “Mencho” one stood out that appeared next to that of the mother of his children and member of the financial arm of the CJNG, Rosalinda González Valencia, alias “La Jefa”.
The photograph showed a white-skinned woman with black hair who wore long earrings and her eyes made up with blue shadows. The photo, somewhat blurry, shows the woman in profile and dressed in what appears to be a white jacket or blouse.
This unclear image is all the information available to date on the presumed new sentimental partner of “El Mencho”.
The Sedena included it in the “Regional Coordinators” section and Chiefs of Plaza del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación”, together with the former wife and children of the capo.
