and Sophie Turner shook the real estate market in the city of Miami a few hours ago, having put up for sale the mansion they bought about a year ago.
The property, for which they paid $10 million dollars, was launched on the market for $80 million dollars, that is, they aspire to obtain a profit of $6 million dollars.
The reasons why the house increased its sale price are not considerably in this time, although it would not be surprising if it was because they made some improvements.
The residence, which previously belonged to the Cuban Willy Chirino, is distributed over three floors and has c on has an extension of 11,100 square feet.
It also has six bedrooms , 8.5 bathrooms, lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, games room, office, among other rooms.
The kitchen is closed and quite spacious. It is equipped with a white cupboard, with high-end appliances, as well as a central island that works to prepare food and as a breakfast area for four people.
The main bedroom, where Sophie and Joe will surely sleep, has enough space for a bed and their sitting area, while the bathroom is composed of a vanity, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Abroad, on your lot of 0.17 acres, it has extensive green areas, with a terrace, with a barbecue area, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with a jacuzzi, with a dock, among other amenities.
