America completed the registration of its players for the Clausura Tournament 2021 of the Liga MX and it did not include Nico Castillo , who has been out for almost a year due to various injuries that led to a surgical intervention and, later, in two thromboses in the leg, which has not allowed him to return to practice professional football.

Before this tournament it was speculated that America could register it for count on it once its rehabilitation will end , which, according to what the player has stated, could be in February next; however the team decided to dispense with him for another tournament by not registering it, although this does not mean that the attacker will be left out , since that there may be an exception, if an indispensable requirement is met, and perhaps that is what the Chilean appeals to.

For what Nico Castillo can be registered, America would have to get the sale of Roger Martínez or Andrés Ibargüen , the two foreigners that the Águilas board of directors wants to do without, in this way, one of the places would be available for the Chilean.

Maybe waiting for this, Castle shared a message on Instagram that excites his fans, in which he mentions that he will soon return to the field with the team.

“ How nice to step back into the Azteca stadium! See you very soon ”, wrote the attacker on social networks.

It should be mentioned that, despite all, the player continues training in Coapa with the illusion of wearing the cream blue shirt again .
