The former basketball player Shaquille O’Neal, of 50 years old and who currently works as an NBA analyst for a television network, decided to take the famous house that owns in the vicinity of Henderson, Nevada, and that had planned to sell for $3 million dollars.
The reasons that would have led the actor to back out of the sale of his home are unknown, however, it is speculated that it would have been driven by his son, Shareef, who starting next season will defend the colors of Ignite, an NBA team G- League that plays locally in the Henderson community.
The change of plans, according to the Dirt portal, has generated speculation about what it will do Shaquille O’Neal, who apparently would have chosen to spend more time in the city in order to follow up on the na your child’s career.
The residence, which was launched for sale last May and built in 1993, was purchased by the also actor, in July of 2021, after paying $1.95 million dollars, so in a matter of a year planned to make a profit of $1 million dollars.
According to the technical file, disseminated by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house has an extension of 4,824 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, trophy room, recording studio, office, gym, laundry room, garage for three vehicles, balconies, terrace, among other amenities es.
The kitchen is semi-open and quite spacious. It is equipped with white cabinets, high-end appliances, as well as a central island that works as a breakfast area, but also to prepare food.
The master bedroom has more than enough space for a living room and a large bed. It also has a large balcony, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a personalized vanity, wc, shower with a transparent screen and vaulted ceilings.
Al outside, on its lot of 1.12 acres, has a terrace, with extensive green areas, with a barbecue area, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with a jacuzzi, with a guest house , with mini golf, among other amenities.
