Juan Gabriel's house in Ciudad Juárez looks abandoned and destroyed six years after his death

Next August 28 will be six years since the death of Juan Gabriel and his house of La Lerdo, in Ciudad Juárez, looks in a deplorable state and in total abandonment, as we could witness in some images broadcast by the program ‘Gossip no Like’.

In the photographs it can be seen that the two-story property is far from looking like it did in its best times, since several of its belongings were looted, while others are unusable or simply destroyed.

“Exclusively and as part of our series ‘Los Pecados del Divo’ we show you the damage caused to Lerdo’s house in Ciudad Juárez, furniture and personal belongings of Juan Gabriel”, published Elisa Beristain to through his Instagram account.

Among the goods that stand out for their unfortunate conditions is the famous mural that Juan Gabriel had painted and that today looks destroyed.

He made sure It was that, as announced by Alberto Gómez, after the death of ‘Divo de Juárez’, the emblematic residence would have been occupied by Alberto Aguilera Jr. as a shelter for criminals and as the site of some activities of questionable legality.

The property was very special for Juan Gabriel, as it was the first he acquired as a result of his musical success, but not only because of that, but also because it was a gift for his mother, Victoria Valadez.

“La Lerdo is a house that was a sanctuary for the mother of the Divo de Juárez and that today is a museum that is in dispute over its possession”, Elisa Beristain published.

So far it is unknown what will happen to the property, as the dispute continues between the family of Juan Gabriel and Silvia Urquidi, who has been accused of keeping, the bad way, several of the artist’s properties, however, she denies all allegations.
