High School St. Francis in Fresh Meadows, Queens was put on alert after a bomb threat call.
It all started when a man contacted the center educational to express his annoyance with his girlfriend. Far from giving any infidelity or meaningless fight as the reason for the difference, the subject made an impact by saying that his partner had published photos of him on the internet where he was naked.
For this reason, the man threatened to throw a bomb at the school. Immediately the high school staff contacted the New York Police Department who called to vacate the property to avoid any damage.
So far it is unknown if the man works at St. Francis, high school that did not give more details to the media of what happened.
The authorities mentioned that no artifact or suspicious object was found in the vicinity of the place, so after For a time, activities were resumed normally, but inquiries continue to find out the place from which the call was made.
Recently, several streets in Manhattan were closed, after the New York Police Department received a report of a suspicious package one block from Penn Station.
The bomb squad arrived at the scene as a precaution, but a few hours later it was confirmed that the package did not represent a danger.
