about the consequences for the whole world of the maneuvers against him that Russia was preparing.

“For a long time the world underestimated the importance of Ukraine and our warnings. Russia knew that a destabilization of Ukraine would have consequences for the whole world. That is why Russia wants to have control of Ukraine. That is why the basic interest of the whole world is to help the resistance of Ukraine, “he pointed out.

In his opinion, “we must stop this war quickly, guarantee the food supply through the Black Sea because it is Ukrainian exports that have a stabilizing role and Russia must answer for the new migratory crisis that he is preparing by taking hostage the inhabitants of Africa and Asia”, said the Ukrainian leader iano.

He also added: “That is why long-term sanctions must continue to be applied and Painful sanctions against Russia . According to his analysis, “the world is currently experiencing a triple crisis: energy, food and a crisis of values.”

Zelensky insisted that for a year these three crises were premeditated and prepared by Russia, but “the world did not want to see and hear what was happening. Above all, they did not want to understand how the world situation is going to depend on what happens here, in this part of Europe“.

Volodimir Zelensky considered that Russia’s war against Ukraine is aggression of Russia against the order that existed in Europe and in the world.

“There are hundreds of towns and cities destroyed in Ukraine, twelve million displaced internal. It is the biggest migration crisis in Europe since the Second World War. Black Sea ports are blocked. Hundreds of millions of people in the world are on the verge of a food crisis for which Russia will bear full responsibility. Europe is experiencing one of the biggest energy crises in its history”.

The Ukrainian president thanked the OECD for its mobilization against Russia, and pointed out that they prove that they are faithful to their principles.

“All available devices must be used against Russia to stop this war”, he commented before thanking the Secretary General Mathias Cormann the opening of an Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) liaison office in Ukraine which is initially based in Paris, but will move to kyiv when conditions allow.

Precisely, Cormann once again maintained his harshness against the Russian president: “Vladimir Putin should immediately stop this illegal, senseless, atrocious and unjustified war “.

He also showed his willingness to “deploy all our capabilities for a long-term aid program to Ukraine” on the basis of the new liaison office with that country.

In the opening session of the OECD ministerial, the Italian Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, intervened, as the country that holds the presidency this year, and stated that: “the Russian invasion of Ukraine has worsened growth prospects, in addition to disrupting food supply chains, which could cause a humanitarian catastrophe

“.
