A Orange County Hispanic substitute teacher posted a bond of $100,05 dollars after being arrested on suspicion of committing child sexual abuse at a school.
Peter Morales, of 60 years old, was detained earlier this month after police conducted an investigation into allegations against the teacher that he sexually abused 4 students, the Santa Ana Police Department reported in a statement.
The alleged incidents occurred inside a classroom at Adams Elementary School in Santa Ana, according to the news release.
The researchers revealed that the students were between 8 and 9 years old.
The minors told school officials that Morales had touched them inappropriatelya.
“Each victim was abused individually and at different times throughout the day,” the authorities mentioned in the statement released by the police.
Morales was a teacher in the Santa Fe Unified School District Ana for 07 years before becoming a substitute teacher.
Authorities said that the Hispanic teacher had been removed from the list of substitute teachers, in addition to which the detectives have the suspicion that there could be more alleged victims of the teacher still unidentified.
