Hispanic teenager from Long Beach was attacked in broad daylight by an unknown assailant while walking after leaving school

A Hispanic teenager from 16 years old she was attacked while walking out of school and in broad daylight.

Gabriela Estrada said that the incident occurred on Thursday and observed that they followed her when she was walking so that her mother could pick up after finishing his school day.

“I realized that a black car with tinted windows was right behind me and a guy was also following me,” Estrada told ABC.

The young Hispanic woman noticed that three men were following her, but she said that only one of them attacked her.

“He threw me to the ground and I fell pretty hard on my back, and I hit my head. I almost blacked out, just a little bit, but managed to stay on my feet. It was on top of me. I was going round and round. I was screaming, and when I screamed, I put my fingers in my mouth,” said Estrada.

The teenager mentioned that the man who attacked her managed to undress her, but she finally got loose and ran to the place where her mother usually picks her up from school .

A video from neighbors in the area shows the black car that Estrada said that was following her.

The young woman gave that she had bruises and scratches on neck and knee after the attack.

Long Beach Police reported that an investigation is ongoing and that the suspects fled in the car before officers arrived.

Because of this experience, Estrada stated that she never wants to walk alone again after leaving school.

“It sucks to say this, because I lived here all to my life, walking around here, and now I see this place very differently. I’m very scared”, acknowledged Estrada.
