Last 02 May, Bad Bunny made his first appearance on the Met Gala red carpet 2022. In an interview with comedian Chente Ydrach, the Puerto Rican artist confessed that he was a little scared because he did not know what would this glamorous event be like full of stars.
“The days before I said ‘what will those people do to me in there? ‘When I go in there will they shoot an organ from my body?’ ‘Will they draw my blood?’” was what Benito Martínez confessed on Chente’s program.
He explained that it was really something very calm, because as he said that hel event was basically: “Pade the carpet with your ‘outfit’, then inside there is a dinner and a cool musical show”. When the comedian asked him if there wasn’t a party too, the reggaeton singer said yes, “but everyone is spruced up in suits that can’t even move, like a stream of guindaleros”.
“I left the Met Gala dressed in the ‘outfit’ I had , with Doña Minga’s hairstyle, straight to the studio”, was what she said about how her experience in this event ended, because on Friday of that same week His latest album “A summer without you” came out.
With this record work, Bad Bunny broke a good number of “records” on Spotify, as it has been the best debut of any album in Spanish in the history of the platform and also became the artist that more people listened to in a single day in all languages.
