At gunpoint, three people, including a child of 11 years, were threatened during a violent home invasion Tuesday night in an upscale neighborhood in Riverside.
The Department of Riverside Police are looking for three men on suspicion of committing the armed home invasion.
The incident occurred shortly before 9: 40 pm at a residence on the block 14100 of Ashton Lane, where a resident was working in the garage with the door open when the three subjects entered armed.
Authorities said the thieves They forced two adults and the minor to enter a bathroom with a gun threat, where they tied them with adhesive tape
.
The three criminals had the time to thoroughly record the property and looting the property, including the cell phones of the victims before fleeing the scene.
The victims were eventually able to free themselves and contacted Riverside police from a neighbor’s home

After the officers arrived, the victims were trying to determine the goods that were stolen from the home and they could not give a detailed description day of the thieves.
A month ago, another home invasion occurred to a mile and a half away, but the authorities have not yet established whether the two incidents are related.
In that case, which occurred on the 7700 block of Kingdom Drive, masked gunmen broke into the which the police said was an illegal gambling operation, where they stole cash, jewelry and cell phones.
