VIDEO: Eva Longoria remembers Selena Quintanilla dancing 'Como la Flor' in the streets of Oaxaca

The American actress Eva Longoria is constantly active on her social networks, and on this occasion she showed that she continues to enjoy her visit to Mexico and that her last stop was Oaxaca, a city where she was seen dancing to the rhythm of ‘Como la Flor’ by Selena Quintanilla. The actress of ‘Desperate Housewives’ could not resist the sound and in the middle of the street she showed her best steps.

Longoria is in the tricolor country to record the series ‘Searching for Mexico’, for which he is touring several states of the Mexican Republic. Now, on his Instagram account, he announced that he is in Oaxaca, a place from which has been completely captivated by its architecture, culture and of course its food.

On her account on the platform owned by Meta, Longoria, from 14 years old, shared a video in which he is seen touring the Macedonio Alcalá tourist walkway, located in the state capital. However, when listening to ‘Como la Flor’ by Selena Quintanilla, the actress cannot resist the rhythm and begins to show her best dance steps.

Wearing a white shirt and pants look, the also businesswoman took her companion to make her second in this piece performed by ‘La Reina de Tex-Mex’. “You can take the girls out of Texas… but can’t take Texas out of the girls” (The girls can get out of Texas, but Texas doesn’t get out of their girls)”, wrote Eva, who is originally from Corpus Christi, while Selena is from the Texan city of Lake Jackson.

Eva has been in Mexico for several weeks touring some emblematic places in different cities. At the beginning of March she was in the capital in Guadalajara, Jalisco, later she was seen in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and later in Mérida, Yucatán. In the three visited tourist sites, as well as the main markets where she tasted the typical food.

The host is also filming the series that will make a gastronomic tour of the country together with the CNN+ network. The project will be similar to “Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy,” which won an Emmy award.
