Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pinch of coarse salt

- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
4 cups cauliflower
1 1/2 cups of 2% milk
1 pound silky smooth tofu (drained and dry)
