The Immola Grand Prix ended fatally for Hamilton and Alonso. Hamilton finished as 13 and Alonso was unable to finish the race after suffering a knock in the first few laps. After finishing the race, the Spaniard sent him a message and told him that “this is how Formula 1 works”.

“Lewis Hamilton broke all the race and pole position records ‘ because he had the fastest car. He now he may be able to drive very well, but he will cross the finish line in 13 th place. This is how Formula 1 works″.

The Asturian driver also denounced that despite the change in regulations, the mid-zone teams will not be able to compete with the big teams such as Ferrari, Red Bull and Mercedes Benz and that there is not much they can fight for in the season 2022.

“There is no race at this time. It’s like fighting Lewis last year, or Verstappen. They start last and finish on the podium, so there is not much to fight for”, Alonso said.
