Kim Kardashian has emerged victorious in the lawsuit filed by Blac Chyna against her. The latter alleged that both Kim and her family publicly defamed her, which caused her income to plummet after losing jobs.
According to Blac Chyna, the family badmouthed her to executives from the E! so that they would not authorize a second season of the reality show “Rob & Chyna”. This show documented the relationship between Chyna and her partner Rob Kardashian . At that time, the Kardashian family had a lot of influence on the network since “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” was the main program of the channel.
After several days of testimony in a courtroom, Judge Gregory W. Alarcón has ruled that Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, did not present evidence that Kim defamed her ex-sister-in-law, Deadline reported.
However, Kim and her family have not won the battle because the accusation that the family was involved in not renewing Chyna’s contract still stands. Also in this accusation are Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, and her sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian. These last three mentioned continue to be accused of defamation as well.
