The Arizona State House of Representatives Bill 2696 specifies that those sentenced in prison for sexually assaulting minors spend triple the time established in previous years.

The presumptive penalty for the same charge of sexual assault, s was released from a conviction of 20 years now the aggressor will be behind bars 60 years and finally when the judge dictated a maximum sentence for someone who had raped a child, or passed 29 years in prison, it has now been established that will be locked by 81 years.
The law 2696 also states that the persons commenting on the charges of: t human trafficking for forced labor, sexual extortion, sexual exploitation of a minor, participate in human trafficking, prostitution, sale or purchase of children, all of them do not have the parole option
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed the legislation into law this week.
Through social networks they shared the news of the signing of this law where they wrote: “The law 2022 was signed today, increasing prison terms for sexual offenses against children and requiring mandatory prison time for child/human trafficking.”
