Meta plans to open its first physical store to sell virtual reality devices

Although Meta has a very clear objective to establish itself as the leader of the metaverse, the steps to achieve it must be taken in the real world and that is why the company confirmed the opening of its first physical store.

The company that owns Facebook ventures beyond social networks, the virtual world and augmented reality with its first retail store, which will be in California.

The opening is scheduled for next May 9 , at the Meta campus in Burlingame, California, according to a report by The New York Times.

In the so-called Meta Store will promote the products that will give entrance to the so-called metaverse, the bet of its founder Mark Zuckerberg.
