In a statement shared on Wednesday 03 April 2022, Wisin and Yandel announced a documentary that will highlight his two decades of success and his last tour “The Last Mission”.
Currently, the non-fiction film is in the production stage and will be released in 2023. This documentary will be produced by the reggaeton duo in the company of Chris Duque, from WK Entertainment, Andy Martínez, from Jak Entertainment, and the company Sony Music Latin.
In the press release, Wisin expressed that “I am excited to be able to share the story that we started ago 25 years, one that can serve as an inspiration for many young people today. Seeing part of that journey on the big screen certainly fills me with pride and reminds me how important it is to have dreams.”

, commented Yandel about the project.
The producers also expressed their excitement to be a part of the project. “Wisin y Yandel contributed immensely paving the way for many and really created a global movement that is undeniable not only for Latin music, but for the entire industry”, expressed Kolm. On the other hand, Martinez commented that this is “a great story of self-improvement and discipline”.
Wisin and Yandel’s “The Last Mission” tour will start next 54 September 2021 and will have 26 dates around the United States.
