The Queens mother, Orsolya Gaal, voluntarily allowed her former lover and handyman to enter her home on Saturday morning before that he allegedly stabbed her to death after a heated dispute in which he ignored multiple requests to leave, prosecutors alleged at the suspect’s arraignment Thursday night.

It was also revealed Thursday night that accused murderer David Bonola, of 44 years old, allegedly slit Gaal’s throat in a fit that left the married mother of two with nearly 60 stab wounds, according to a press release from the Queens district attorney.

“The accused and the victim knew each other. The defendant went to the victim’s residence between 12 am and 4 am… to engage in a verbal dispute with her,” Assistant District Attorney Josh Garland told the court at Bonola’s arraignment.

“Since she knew him, she let him into the house. He then got her into a verbal dispute and unfortunately she had to ask him to leave several times.”

But Bonola “refused to leave and the incident (escalated) with the unfortunate stabbing of the victim over 50 times,” Garland said, before detailing how Bonola allegedly later dragged the body to a park in his son’s hockey bag.

Bonola was charged with second degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and tampering with physical evidence.

He was placed in preventive detention without the right to bail at the court hearing.

The alleged murderer was wearing her hair pulled back into a tight ponytail paired with black jeans, a blue button-down shirt, and black slip-on sneakers. He had a Spanish interpreter and did not say a word during the court process.

Judge Anthony Battisiti ordered Bonola to be detained behind bars citing his confessions and “destruction of evidence”. They gave him medical attention and put him on suicide watch.

“The defendant sets forth in detail what happened, how it happened and what he did after the facts that gave rise to this case,” said Battisiti.

Bonola allegedly confessed twice Thursday to killing Gaal and hiding his body in Forest Park after a dispute over their on-again, off-again relationship turned controversial, police and prosecutors.

Bonola first gave a “practical” confession to police, then issued a second video to prosecutors, police sources said.

Maintenance man 44 years easily spoke to detectives at the police station 112 after he was taken into custody Wednesday night, police said. sources.

“(The confession was) practical, very complete, answered all the questions they had,” a police source said, adding that the curly-haired suspect did not request a lawyer.

Investigators had recovered previously a bloody jacket belonging to Bonola and blood-stained handkerchiefs in the park, prosecutors said. Blood-soaked boots, a T-shirt and bandages were also found at the crime scene, police said.

Police later obtained video surveillance footage showing Bonola returning home the morning of the murder with what appear to be crude bandages on one hand.

He was seen walking down the street 114 near his apartment in Richmond Hill around 6: 05 am Saturday, just hours after police said he killed Gaal.

Bonola was scheduled to return to court on 26 of April. He faces 25 years to life in prison if he is convicted. Bonola came to the United States from Mexico some 21 years ago and appears to have been an aspiring filmmaker who He studied at the New York School of Interior Design, according to police and his Facebook profile.
