The Mexican singer Juan Gabriel, who died almost six years ago, was not only characterized throughout his life by his voice and his ability to compose songs, but also because of the good taste he had in houses.
In addition to his well-known properties in Parácuaro, Ciudad Juárez , San Miguel de Allende, Torreón, Acapulco, Playa del Carmen and Las Vegas, the famous ‘Divo de Juárez’ also had a residence in Nuevo Guaymas, in the Mexican state of Sound.
This property, located on the beaches of San Carlos, made the news a few hours ago after it was announced that it was put up for sale by $800, dollars.
According to information from various media, the buyers would not only buy the house, but also some personal items and furniture that belonged to the interpreter of ‘Querida’.
The house, which was used by Juan Gabriel as a rest destination and is distributed over two floors, has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, interior patio, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with an olive-toned pantry, stainless steel appliances, a bar and a center island that can be used for food preparation or as a breakfast bar.
The main bedroom has a large bed with a headboard, two nightstands, a living room, a stool, with a chest of drawers for television, with a desk, with a fireplace, with a closet and with a bathroom.
Very high temperatures are usually recorded in the region, so the bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and a mini split, facilities that will become the best allies of future owners during the hot season.
Outside, on his lot of 2,131 square feet, has a terrace, green areas, a fountain, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a barbecue, a staircase that connects to the beach, among other amenities.
