HOUSTON – The young Hispanic accused of having shot 22 his girlfriend violated the conditions of his bail and now instead of waiting for his day in court at home he would have to do it in jail.

Suspect Frank De León Jr. is accused of killing his girlfriend after tipping her 17 gunshots.

De León had been granted the benefit of house arrest with the condition that he remain the 24 hours inside his home, among other conditions.

However, according to documents filed in the Criminal Court 174 of Harris County, De León left his home last 28 March for a period of 2 minutes, which It cost his parole.
