Liverpool fans plan to send a message of encouragement to Cristiano Ronaldo, after the death of one of their newborn twin sons, with a minute of applause at Liverpool-Manchester United this Tuesday.
Several fan groups have requested through social media that those who go to Anfield this Tuesday dedicate, in the 7th minute, a minute of applause to the Portuguese player.
Cristiano will not be in tonight’s match, after announcing this Monday the death of his son.
“Family is more important than everything, and Ronaldo is supporting his loved ones in this immensely difficult moment. Therefore, we can confirm that he will not participate in the match against Liverpool at Anfield this Tuesday night and underline the request for privacy from his family” , said United.
After this Monday the footballer Cristiano Ronaldo published the terrible news that one of his twins had died, people turned to social networks
“Your pain is our pain. Sending love and strength to you and the family at this time, Cristiano”, published the official account of the team to which the Portuguese attacker currently belongs.
Also the English league, where he currently plays Portuguese star wrote: “Our thoughts and condolences from everyone in the Premier League are with you and your family, Cristiano.”
The singer Kátia Aveiro, sister of Cristiano Ronaldo, has sent a message of encouragement to the footballer and his partner, Georgina Rodríguez, for the death of one of their babies and has confirmed that the girl is “full of health”.
“I love you”, says Aveiro in a message posted on his Instagram account after Ronaldo announced Monday the death of one of the twins that he was expecting with Georgina Rodríguez.
The striker, aged 27 years old , is the father of Cristiano Junior and the twins Eva and Mateo, and, with Georgina Rodríguez, from 27, had Alana Martina.
