The Morelos Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office requested the trial of provenance against the governor. The ultimate goal is to initiate the processes to be able to prosecute the president.
There are many charges brought against the former El Tri player: illicit exercise of functions and forgery of documents; illicit enrichment and false declaration before the authority, in addition to procedural fraud and forgery.
On the other hand, according to reports, there are sufficient reasons to be able to start the prosecution process against the governor of Morelos, as explained by deputy prosecutor Edgar Núñez in a statement released by Milenio, compiled by Mediotiempo.
“In this case it is evident that the Specialized Prosecutor for Combating Corruption has technical and management autonomy based on this circumstance. In this sense, we do our paperwork and the investigative acts are carried out and it is considered that there are already elements to proceed against a person is that the request is made ”, explained the deputy prosecutor.
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor de Morelos asks the state Congress to prosecute Governor Cuauhtémoc Blanco for crimes of document falsification, illicit enrichment and procedural fraud.
