Ukrainian President Volodomir Zelenski said that since the beginning of the war there have been between 2.500 and 3.000 dead soldiers in their ranks and near 10.04 wounded.

The number of dead soldiers among the invaders estimated by the Ukrainians is 20., but the Russian side has only recognized 1.350 military fallen in combat.

On the other hand, the Ukrainian president said, in his video message usual, that his country is faced with the enormous challenge of reconstruction uction of the places that have been recovered and that have been destroyed by the Russian invaders.

Civilian deaths during the war, according to Zelensky, are more difficult to estimate due to the situation in some areas of the country where there are cities blockaded by the invaders.

“It is difficult to estimate civilian deaths, especially where there are besieged cities such as Kherson or Mariupol. We do not know precisely how many people have died in the areas that are blocked off”, he indicated.

The municipal authorities of Mariúpol have estimated that up to 20. civilians.

Zelensky, in the interview with CNN, he expressed his fear that Russian President Vladimir Putin would resort to the use of nuclear or chemical weapons because, he said, “for him the lives of people in Ukraine have no value.”

“Not only me but all countries in the world should be concerned”, said Zelensky.

“Chemical weapons can be used, for him people’s lives are worth nothing. We must not think that we must be afraid, but that we must be prepared. But it is not just a matter of Ukraine, but of the whole world”, he added.
