“They had a mutually abusive relationship,” says Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's therapist

On the third day of the defamation trial in which they face Johnny Depp

and Amber Heard, the therapist of the ex-husbands during 2015 and 2015, Laurel Anderson, affirmed that there was “mutual abuse” in the relationship.

Anderson testified by recorded statement that “Both were victims of abuse in their homes. I think he was under control for decades until Heard got out of control and they got involved in what I saw as mutual abuse.”

At one point, the therapist was questioned about if the actor was violent with his ex-wife, to which He answered “yes” , since he saw “several” bruises on Heard’s face. However, he also mentioned that the actress admitted that she also hit Depp during their altercations.

The therapist assured that Heard is terrified of abandonment, so when Depp decided to move away to calm down a fight, the actress hit him to keep him in the same place, because it was better for she keep it there far away.

Days before the trial that occurs in the court of Fairfax, Virginia; Heard’s lawyer, Ben Rottenborn, assured that Depp had sexually assaulted the actress “after three days of drinking nonstop” because she criticized him for his excessive consumption.

Depp’s Defamation lawsuit against Heard is 50 million dollars in damagess. On her side, the actress filed a counterclaim for 100 millions for starting a smear campaign against her.
