As the days go by, the denunciations of war crimes against the Russian troops, and one of the most recent was the discovery of at least 132 corpses with signs of torture, in the city of Makarov, in the outskirts of kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
Vadim Tokar, the mayor of Makarov, denounced that after the passage of the Russian army, more than a hundred bodies with signs of torture have been located in the city.
The city was recaptured by the Ukrainian army in the past 22 of March and what has been discovered has shocked the international community.

Mayor Tokar regretted that the city’s population has been significantly reduced by the Russian invasion, as citizens have abandoned their homes to seek refuge elsewhere and that from 150,000 inhabitants that there were, currently there are less than 1, 000 .
In addition to the civilian casualties that have been recorded during the war.
Tokar regrets the conditions in which its population lives after the invasion of the Russian army to Ukrainian territory.
“We have been without electricity, without water, without gas, without heating, without communication for more than a month. Communication was restored just a few days ago”, assured the mayor, according to what was published by the Ukrainian agency Ukrinform.
At least the 40% of the city is destroyed
He stated that about 40% of the city of Makariv has been destroyed by the Russian army.
He assured that the destruction covers buildings, civil infrastructure and hospitals, it has complicated the attention to the citizenship.
Makarov was taken by Russian troops from the beginning of the war, as a prelude to kyiv, the Ukrainian capital.
They denounce atrocities and war crimes
These complaints about the discovery of more than a hundred bodies in Makarov are added to those made by the government of President Volodimir Zelensky of atrocities and crimes war carried out by the Russian army in Ukraine.
