More than a month after a driver crashed into a house, killing a father and his little three-year-old daughter, the City of Long Beach increased from $10, to $10,000 the reward to be given to Octavio Montano Islas, the alleged perpetrator.

The increase in the reward was approved by the Board of Los Angeles County Supervisors.

And the fact is that the authorities want to find Montano Islas as soon as possible, identified by the police as the man who was driving a truck that crashed into a building, hitting the house where José Palacios Gonzales, of , slept years old, and her 3-year-old daughter, who lost their lives after the strong crash.

The authorities at that time offered a reward of $10,000 dollars to find the whereabouts of Montano Islas, who was described as a Hispanic with black hair 5.8 feet tall, 60 pounds in weight , and that he has tattoos on his forearm of right.
