Manchester City camouflaged millionaire commissions through Abu Dhabi authorities in the United Arab Emirates

Following a publication in the German magazine Der Spiegel revealing documents that investigated the Manchester City, a series of finings were announced by the Executive Affairs Authority of Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates.

According to the German newspaper Der Spiegel, the team is accused of pressuring underage players to sign contracts in exchange for money, something that is illegal in European football.
