They find the body of a missing Hispanic hiker in Los Angeles with his dog by his side

The body of a missing man was located in a remote area of ​​Griffith Park Thursday night, with her dog still by her side.

Oscar Alejandro Hernández, aged 29, had been missing since 16 of March.

A firefighter described the place where he was found as the result that was after a good walk from the park’s merry-go-round. According to a missing person flyer released by Hernández’s family, Oscar Alejandro was last seen near the merry-go-round hiking trails.

More than two weeks later, not only was it a heartbreaking discovery to find Hernández deceased, but next to the body was his faithful dog , King. The dog was tired and hungry, but alive.

Despite his pain, Hernandez’s cousin told NBC4 that this loyal dog never left his owner’s side.

The Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles Police Department, park rangers and devastated family members were to the rescue Thursday night.

The authorities continue to investigate the cause of death of the hiker.
